What if disconnecting was just a train ride away? Just 50 minutes from Paris by Transilien and 15 minutes from Fontainebleau, Cabanes de l'Orvanne invites you to settle into a 95-hectare estate where a pond, marsh, hillside, and meadow shape the landscape.

A 95-hectare estate, three worlds to explore

The Cabanes de l'Orvanne estate, nestled in Moret-sur-Loing in Seine-et-Marne, unfolds across various natural environments, each with its own light, sounds, and atmosphere. Twenty cabins are discreetly situated, spaced far enough apart for each stay to remain an intimate and private experience. Three categories of cabins make up this Coucoo Cabanes estate in Île-de-France.

The Lakeside Cabins: feet at the water's edge

Designed for two cabin-goers, the Lakeside Cabins rise between 2 and 4 meters high, facing the pond. Their absolute highlight? A private, heated Nordic bath with a direct view of the water. These cabins invite you to a peaceful break by the pond. You access them via a small footbridge that crosses through nature before a few steps lead you to your cocoon nestled at the water's edge.

The Marsh Cabins: amidst the reeds

Perched above the marsh, these cabins invite you to a total immersion in nature, in the heart of a preserved site near Fontainebleau. You access them via a footbridge then a spiral staircase before discovering a bright cocoon surrounded by vegetation. They also offer a truly refreshing and unique setting for two people. Perched between 3 and 4 meters high, they overlook the marsh and its gentle sounds. Each cabin has a beautiful terrace where the heated Nordic bath takes pride of place.

The Hillside Cabins: for couples & families up to 5 people

Located on the natural slope of the estate, the hillside cabins offer beautiful views of the forest and surrounding landscapes.

The Hillside Cabins are suitable for different configurations. In duo version, they combine space, comfort and a shower open to nature, a rare and revitalizing experience. The Nordic bath awaits you.

In Family option, also accessible to guests with reduced mobility thanks to their single-level design, they accommodate up to 5 guests, with a fully equipped terrace and an included Nordic bath. A family getaway in nature, without compromising on well-being.

Comfortable and secluded accommodations

Whichever cabin you choose, each accommodation is fully equipped : water, electricity, bathroom with shower and toilet, heating, comfortable bedding, coffee machine, mini-bar, microwave. Breakfast is included. Gourmet hampers (aperitifs, dinners, brunches) made with local products from short supply chains can be ordered 48 hours in advance and delivered directly to your cabin. For an even more rejuvenating stay, wellness treatments and massages are offered on-site, in two dedicated rooms on the estate. Four-legged companions are welcome: dogs are welcome in all cabins, with a supplement of €25 per night.

Moret-sur-Loing: a region to savor

Choosing the Cabanes de l'Orvanne, is also choosing a region. Moret-sur-Loing is a charming village, bordered by the Loing river, which inspired many Impressionist painters including Alfred Sisley. Fontainebleau Forest, hiking, local gastronomy, medieval heritage... The surroundings invite both adventure and relaxation. And for those traveling without a car, access is simple and sustainable: the Transilien line R connects Paris-Gare de Lyon to Moret–Veneux-les-Sablons in less than an hour.

An experience to give or to treat yourself to

The Cabanes de l'Orvanne open their doors from July 3, 2026. Whether it's to celebrate a special moment together, help the whole family recharge, or simply reconnect with yourself, this new estate in Seine-et-Marne embodies a new way of traveling: rooted in nature and respectful of the region.
